what to put on family size to link application, I am sponsoring my mother, my spouse is co signe and we have 2 kids under 18

Many post I read says they send by express post and signature option but I went to post office, the lady said they don't recommend signature option for P O Box as then someone has to go to post outlet and get package from them..

Can you please advise if you have send visa express post ( it automatically do the tracking) and have you still taken signature option?

Put 4. I have my wife, me, my kid, and sponsoring mom and dad. So total 5, but I guess kid is not counted. So I entered 4 and it found application, which I was able to link.

send it via canada post, that's how most of us did and it works

I took signature option. And "G. Martin" signed today morning.
Is it necessary? No.
Is it helpful? No.
Still, I took it anyway. So, it's totally up to you.

express post gives u a signature regardless.
i heard people saying they had to pay an extra buck or two but every time i send anything express post i get a signature.

Express post with signature. Dont listen to the post office lady she probably has no idea how the packages are received by IRCC

very odd way of calculating. So I should try with 3. me, Spouse and Mother( Total 3) Exclude kids. How about UCI should I use my mother's or mine. and the way I should enter UCI 12345678 or 1234-5678 ?
