No its ok to select. I selected date too.Guys- when I printed the form, I selected the date as well. is that okay? does the date needs to be handwritten? sorry for silly question. thanks.
Thank you so much for replyingI think it's no problem. Anyways, to be safe, write a letter of explanation saying using last name is not common in your culture/region and so most of the documents do not have their last name. Although the passport does and ask them to contact you if needed.
thanks a lotNo its ok to select. I selected date too.
Salary earned during the period. When you are entering your Employment History and Gross Income, do you put the annual salary or salary earned only during the period if you left the employer during the year?
Similarly, in the first row, i.e. from Jan 1, 2019 to present, do you put your annual salary or salary earned to-date?

Hi All,
Quick question, in Financial evulation i dont have anything for Q9 should i write as Not Applicable or leave it blank?
also my spouse is not co signer so should i leave Q16 as blank?
@s_Fanous I had a similar situation and I decided to re-validate and scan/email forms to my mum again. I personally think having the same number on each page is important.Hi,
I just noticed that in the footer of every page of IMM 0008 and IMM 1344 there's a randomly generated number. These numbers change whenever either form is validated even if nothing in the form changed.
Current situation is that I emailed my parents the completed forms. They printed the pages that require their signatures, signed & dated these pages as required, and couriered the pages back to Canada.
When I print the remaining pages of these forms the randomly generated numbers are different than the ones on the corresponding pages my parents signed.
Is that an issue?
Thanks
No need of affidavits. Usually these things are looked at during processing. And when an officer is processing your application, he will reject only if he thinks it doesn't qualify. For everything else, he/she will contact you requesting more docs. So, don't worry.Thank you so much for replying
Do you think I should also add affidavits from myself and parents for missing last names ?
