Biometric and Landing fees are not mandatory, you can pay later when they are requested. If your parents are in Canada, they are exempted from Biometrics so no need to pay fees.

Not mandatory field, I have selected NO previously when I had applied for vistor visa for my parents, so gonna do same this time.

I had asked the same question and the agent told me it's ok to club your income in a single row if you are working for the same employer. The agents don't have all the details they also answer from the Guide.
