I`m an international student. My wife has an open work permit.
We are applying for a visas. And when I answer online questions to determine if we are eligible, I`m getting to the point where my checklist is presented. I have to submit form IMM5257 Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa). But my wife has to submit IMM5708 Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Visitor or a Temporary Resident Permit Holder.
I know that this is a wrong form for her, and we both have to submit form IMM5257. But online questionnaire does not offer the right form for my wife. I tried to modify my answers in any way!!
There is no such an option. What to do? May be someone know how to fix it? CIC call center did not have a solution........
