We use Adhar card as national identity document.
What you guys are using as national identity proof?
Hi, I have been a part of discussion on this question...
One discussion say we are using Adhar card as a national identity document and other post say he/ she is leaving this question blank...
Upto your discretion.
But I think it can be used as National Identity

1) India do not issue National Identity Document. Adahar is an Identity but not declared National identity yet.

2) Yes
3) You can type or Handwritten dates.
4) Until 5 Primary, 8 Elementary, 10 High, 12 Secondary.
5) Make an affidavit and include explanation letter. Yes you can include OCI and Canceled Indian passport or educational certificates.
6) There is nothing explained about both side of pages but i will do separate page so back of the page is not missed to read.
then which document we use as national identity document?? can anyone please reply

You can keep it empty . Its not mandatory field that you need to fill.

I could not find any reference anywhere. So I am leaving UCI empty for my parents who are on super Visa.
Its the number on their visa.

Blue or Black ink signature ?? Though i found nowhere mentioning to sign in specific ink color.

i am filing the PGP application as a sponsor for my mother.

Wanted to confirm : Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 648.31 KB) is not required right until i am hiring consultant or anyone to represent my application????

NOte: I am not hiring any consultant.
I would suggest you enter your details as representative. This way you would have all the information regarding your mother application.

Called IRCC Agent and received this information. Might be useful for some of you guys as well

Signature
1. Sponsor can sign forms, scan it, and send back to Parents. Parents then can sign the forms where required and Mail to IRCC.
2. Parents can sign the forms, scan it, and send back to Sponsor. Sponsor then can sign the forms and Mail to IRCC.
I asked 4-5 times if signing the forms by hand and scanning to send back is okay? and all times she said yes. She just said, it has to be signed by HAND and not electronically.

IMM 5768 Gross Salary

The Agent said that it has to be for each year separately.
For Example, if you are working for employer 'X' since 2 June 2017 until now.
Then you put it like this
From: 1-Jan-2019 to Present, then include your earning to date when you sign the form.
From: 1-Jan-2018 to 31-Dec-2018, include your pay for that year.
From: 2 June 2017 To 31 Dec 2017. In Gross Income put whatever you earned.
Then From 1 Jan 2017 to 1 June 2017 if you were working with employer' Y' then put out that details.
Also, if you work for multiple employer at same time, then put that details even if it is overlapping.

Hope it is useful information!

Your parents need to make an affidavit and need to include an explanation letter for the reason of missing marriage certificate. Notary public will have all the required information for marriage certificate affidavit.
Thank you so much garry!
U r so helpful!!!

Appreciate any sample letter anyone attaching with their PGP application. I need the format; 'll update accordingly.

- Family-Size correction on Interest form submitted.
-I need to explain Family-Size change in 2019.

Thanks

There isn't any sample letter for this. You just write a regular letter explaining in details what happened. That is all needed.
But does your income meet the the correct family size? If not, you might be rejected though...

I had asked the same question and the agent told me it's ok to club your income in a single row if you are working for the same employer. The agents don't have all the details they also answer from the Guide.

That's right but atleast we can say that it is not false information
