One month on both occasions. But this was pre-COVID shut down. How long did it take to receive the GCMS note? I applied for it a month ago and I have not received anything except a temp tracking number.

I've got passport request for my parents today. Please update my record in the tracker.
They are located in Russia and their case is being processed by Warsaw visa office and the passport request pdf has a following clause:
"Please check if the VFS office of your choice is providing services. Beginning Monday, 2020/09/14, only VFS offices in Moscow and Vladivostok will re-open for business."
Nope.
Similar situation here....my mom lives in Delhi and her file was also assigned to CPC-M. Haven't heard from them since January. It's so frustrating that my mom is not living in Canada but was assigned to CPC-M. I was hoping her case would be assigned to HKVO.
Now that CPC-M is almost not working and won't transfer out the cases.
Congrats. You are the second June applicant (as per our list) who has received Passport / COPR request.@YULIA-2016 @robertp @laxsun

Later on files may be transfered to local visa like others here. I think CPC now focusing on inland applicants or outland but now landed inland which is overload. This makes sense why they start transferring files outside canada to local visaSimilar situation here....my mom lives in Delhi and her file was also assigned to CPC-M. I hope that CPC-M picks up pace. I heard from a few people that IRCC agents are working from home. I might be wrong here but I have only seen progress (for CPC-M) in cases where DM2 was prior to March 18.Later on files may be transfered to local visa like others here. Would also include your NOA for 2019.Here is an excerpt from the letter:
'Please note that the following documentation will be required for your sponsorship application to determine whether you meet the minimum necessary income requirements to sponsor a parent or grandparent. In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible: A completed and signed authorization form – IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship providing your Social Insurance Number. '
In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application - I already included this form in the application package. Should I ignore this letter? It is so confusing!
Good day Everyone,Would also include your NOA for 2019.
