@YULIA-2016 please update for line 81, DM for PA on March 9. I was asked to provide proof to the principal applicant on Nov 22 as well.
In my case biomertics came after SA, so i think you should be expecting SA soonHow long does it usually take for SA letter after the Biometric request ? I received Biometrics on March 6, Biometrics completed March 09.
Is the next step SA or PCC / IME request ?
hopefully !! thank youIn my case biomertics came after SA, so i think you should be expecting SA soon
IME should come in a week or so after biomertics,
The letter does not say 30 days, but IRCC’s standard deadlines are 30 days. So you should submit as soon as possible and if you need more time, you can inform them via webform. That SA letter is a request letter for adiditonal docs as well. Provide all the applicable documents asked in that letter within 30 days.
Nothing is pending, I have given them every thing what they asked for. They will check the file on that day...what is pending before that? They they order/req any docs?
No, check here >> https://sites.google.com/view/pgp2019/permanent-resident-application/8-decision-made-ppr?authuser=0Does IRCC send the PPR in Bulk ??
No where mentioned 30 days....it says ASAP ( ref: cpc mississauga)That SA letter is a request letter for adiditonal docs as well. Provide all the applicable documents asked in that letter within 30 days.
I hope at least they can cite it from official cic website. I dont know why they advice him to withdraw a cosigner to exclude her from family size. This is totally wrong. If this works ( highlighted to avoid misunderstandings on purpose). Childs/ kids under 22 yrs old should be excluded as well bz they are not cosigner.Your advice seems correct. VO making mistake in family size in light of example #3 .....can any one provide references regarding point that if wife is Co then she will be counted in family size prior to year of marriage. Ask this question to ircc team on twitter...( tough question- )
First one supposedly updates more oftenQuick question: Am I save to assume that

I already told this user, it is not mentioned in the letter about 30 days but just as per IRCC’s standard deadlines s/he should aim to send the docs within 30 days.No where mentioned 30 days....it says ASAP ( ref: cpc mississauga)
Yup but sometimes it may be negatively affect to an application even reduce chance to reunite family members. Luckily he did not withdraw the cosigner. This is discussion forum ..we help each other to come to best possible solution ..without paying to attorneys
ok got it...problem is here, "must provide proof of income for last 3 years" in this case no proof of income ( regardless of when marriage was solemnized....qualification for cosponsor is to give proof of income for last 3 years, hence fault is here, remove co-sponsor to qualify applicationfor co-signer >>co-signer must provide proof of income for the last 3 taxation years before the date of your application
