I think 5.Any suggestions guys?
I did the same. Do not worry, there is no sentence mentioning that we have to do that.Guys, please let me know whether its a rule that we cannot submit the forms printed double-sided and stapled? I already submitted my application with double-sided printed forms and stapled.
travel history? like 3, 4 days of travelling? i didn't fill that, for the most part they either stayed in Canada or in my home countrywow so fast!!!!
How did you fill out travel history outside of country if any for your parents?
Doesn't make sense. Someone replied and told me its not required and you re telling me its required.yes, must be signed by your mother
You do not have to deduct EI from line 150, but it will be deducted on form 5748, calculation of income. You will be deemed ineligible to sponsor I think.I called CIC regarding EI deduction from line 150. Below is the response:
The agent confirmed that I do not have to deduct EI amount from line 150. When CIC reaches out to CRA, they will match what we wrote in IMM5768E with NOA for that tax year. So, they need to be consistent.
My scenario:
If I remove EI income and taxes for EI, I am 200$ less than cut off for 2016; other wise I am way over the cut-off. So, I am worried.
Is this response in sync with other's understanding?
I believe as we pay EI premiums as long as we work, it need not be deducted as that is not credit from government.
Please provide your inputs!!! Thank you
You can sign yourself explaining situation or even don't need to sign on explanation letter. There is no rule around the format of explanation letter. Explanation letter is to make immigration officers better understating about the situation. Affidavit need to be signed by the the person whom it is referring to in front of Notary public or Commissioner of oaths..Doesn't make sense. Someone replied and told me its not required and you re telling me its required.
Makes me even more confused. Can you provide some reference to your claim?
Don't worry man.. just give the SIN number and let them decide.. Their tweet says it is counted, as well as the agent.. So don't assume that you lost..I called CIC regarding EI deduction from line 150. Below is the response:

Thanks JohnIts shown in the 1st page's top right side (Office Use Only - Validated) as Yes/ No. It will change from No to Yes once you click on validate when you fill the forms correctly.
I put everything in the personal history, if their travelling, employment, retired etcHi there, on which form CIC requires travel history of our parents? I remember when I applied for PR, I was asked for such kind of information.
But when I was filling out my sponsorship application, I don't see the travel history for the parents was asked. I must have missed something.
Thanks babybenz on the response. You cannot add co-signer at later stage. So, to be on the safe side, have a co-signer at the beginning when you submit your application.
