Could you please elaborate on this? How do we know if sending PCC proactively, affects processing in a bad way or not?

I just checked IMM0008, my parents had entered India's address, no Canada address was mentioned

YES : LVO is depend on IMM008, page#2, contact info address.

"Section 1: current mailing address and read 3 point is “ if you wish to authorize the release of information from your application to representative, indicate their email and mailing address in this section and on the IMM 5476.”

anyone have Canadian address & IMM5476 and File move back to home LVO?

I dont think it is true.. contact info in IMM0008 is in canada for my parents..They are here and Im their representative. but file is transferred to back home
