Can we create PR confirmation portal account by ourselves if we got DM for principal applicant and confirmed that PA is in Canada. We confirmed address in April 15th.After that nothing happened..We are waiting for COPR...I am not sure if I can create account on PR portal. Please advise.

ok. thanks ..my parents are here in Ontario as well in visitor visa.. can we take photo card for them? if so can we use same photo card to apply for OHIP once they get PR? I am not sure if there is any difference in photo card between the people applied from visitor visa and PR visa.
