I have been trying to link my application for almost 2 weeks now. I have tried all different ways i found online and tried few different things on my own.

Still nothing worked. So I called CIC but the lady on the phone said only principal applicant can try to link the application and she cannot help me regarding this issue even though i am representative on the file.

I got a request for IMM 5476 today and the email asks to submit the most recent version of this form (09-2015), while online only (8-2019) version is available. I'm surprised how 9-2015 is the latest as per CIC.

Anyone please, is it ok to send whatever is available online?

We need to wait till AOR, only then we can link our applications.
Guys, please tell usually what time AOR send by CIC ?

You should link your file to mycic, you will get your file no.

My cic also provide real-time updates.

And few others from your similar time frame is stuck in the IP

I have my file number or Application number.
But I cannot link to mycic, when I tried to add the link, the system can't locate my file.

Use webform and send them the screen shots of the issue. They will fix it for you. Will take a week to get reply back.

That is normal. I have the same issue where I can't link my file no matter what combination i used. You can use webform and send them your inquire as technical issue and attach screen shots of what you are filling while trying to link your application. Or I was told that you dont need to link your application you can just check application status online which is same as ECAS
