I got this email today morning addressing my Mom only:

Dear Mr./Ms. xxxxxxxxxxxx
This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.
Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached. Details have been sent to your eMedical file regarding the medical information required. Please return to see the Panel Physician who performed your immigration medical examination or to another e-Medical enabled Panel Physician (http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx). The Panel Physician will arrange for the additional medical tests to be carried out and will forward the results directly to this office.

Please contact PP for an appointment to comply with this request at the earliest. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.
Please quote your IME number on all correspondence with this office.
Sincerely,

Officer
Regional Medical Office
High Commission of Canada
Chanakyapuri, P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi-110021, India
You need to contact the same doctor again. More tests/ detailed history are required for your mum.

IRCC usually sends this email to double check. For example: a friend of mine, his father's chest x-ray showed a black spot, his father received a smiliar email, IRCC wanted to confirm that the applicant doesn't have a sever medical condition. Eventually his father cleared the medical.
Do not worry too much, just book the medical with the same Panel Physician.
Thanks for the update.
I am bit worried as this additional request came. Hope my Mom's heart condition will not result in any medical failure.

Is your mum's condition stable? Did she have any recent symptoms? Any ECHO done recently?
Condition is stable since this problem was diagnosed 11 months ago. ECG was done and it shows that Heart pumping rate is slower than normal. Parents are in touch with Heart Specialist regularly but never had any change in condition since first diagnosed. Routine medication is used as prescribed.

Don't worry, all should be good.

Hi,

IRCC fax service to send document is open all day or only during specific hours?

Thanks,
All day, fax machines don't sleep :)

On a side note, IRCC fax won't accept something that's too big. I am not sure about the size but I tried to fax a 10+ page document to them in 400dpi then got rejected due to the size was too large. I downgraded to 300dpi and problem solved. I did also send the original document as a follow up when I received it on hand from overseas.
