Thanks for your concern and advice, appreciate it. Someone made me worried by telling that heart conditions will not pass the medical exam. I know that mainly IME includes General checkup/Consultation, Chest XRay, but want to know the real picture from someone who has experienced the real exam?
Hi,
Normally, the doctors will be checking for any major disease like TB, etc, etc and it does not include any regular problems like BP, Diabetes .

This theory doesn't hold true because I got a document request (IMM 5406) on June 21, submitted it on June 22 and got AoR on July 11.
But the only difference between your case and my case is you already have acces on ECAS whereas I have no ECAS or no CIC linking. I called to make sure that the document i send was received. what the real reason for some people to have ECAS and not others is still a mystery. Also people not able to access ECAS no matter when the submitted their application did not get an AOR as per the tracker.

@joyus . Your ecas is not available using parents or your UCI, or the confirmed file number ?. That will be strange, given you are at a stage of medical request.
Yup I agree, it is indeed strange. I have never been able to access ECAS with either mine or my parents UCI/receipt number etc. I called to confirmed they received the application. On Jun 21st i got request to resubmit IMM5669 which was submitted on Jun 23 and called again because there was no confirmation. Agent confirmed my IMM5669 was received and added to my file. I asked why i am not able to access ECAS and was told there are few people like this and they are working on fixing IT, whatever that IT means!!! I still have a temporary file number, but it is frustrating as I cannot see my file online and calling them means waiting 30 min and then too not much help as they cannot change anything from their end. Now the hope if next week will hear something as it reaches 30 days mark after the document request. Fingers crossed.

as a last resort, i also emailed the CPC Missisauaga office (request for additional documents came from here and send to the same address) asking if there is anyway for me to access my Ecas as I am worried I might miss on some updates send to me.

Email below explained how to access ecas/link application but to no use for me

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. As discussed, you will find below complementary information to our conversation:

Linking an application - Checking status and linking

There are two ways you can check your application status online. You can verify the status of your application:

  • Submitted by mail (if it was not linked to an online account):
  • Submitted online or submitted by mail and linked to an online account:
    • through your online account.
If you wish to link an application submitted by mail to your online account, you must login in your account first. Then:

  • Please click on Add (link) your application to your account,
  • Enter the information exactly as you did on your application form,
    • if you made updates after you applied, please enter the most recent information,
  • Once you have linked your application to your account, all messages about your application will be sent to you through that account. You will no longer receive letters by mail about your application.
You may consult our website in order to obtain more information regarding which types of applications can be linked to an online account.

e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) online service, you will be asked to enter personal information, such as:

  • The identification number related to the specific application, immigration document or correspondence received from IRCC,
  • Your last name(s) as they appear on your application or identity documents,
  • Your date of birth, and
  • Your place of birth.
Can’t see your application status?

You may want to verify if:

  • The application is still in process:
    • the status of an application will only be available once the process has started,
    • once a decision is made, the application status is eventually removed.
  • The type of application submitted is included in e-CAS:
    • temporary residence information is not available in e-CAS (visitor record, work or study permit),
    • applicants who used their online account to submit their application will receive an email update once a decision has been reached regarding their application.
  • If you are the sponsor or principal applicant of an immigration application:
    • the sponsor will only have access to information about the sponsorship part of the application,
    • the applicant will only have access to information about the PR part of the application,
    • family members included in an immigration application will be able to view their profile, but not the status of their application.
  • The correct information is being entered:
    • sponsors or principal applicants for immigration and all citizenship applicants may enter their personal information to access the case status,
      • dependents included in sponsorship or PR applications cannot use their own personal information to do so.
  • There are any differences in how your personal information was recorded:
    • verify how your information appears in the application, immigration document or correspondence received from IRCC and compare it to what appears on your passport or identity documents to determine if there are any errors.
  • There is a temporary technical issue:
    • sometimes online services may be temporarily unavailable due to regular system maintenance.
  • You are using a browser that is supported by e-CAS:
    • this service is currently supported by Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
If needed, more information on accessing your case status online is available for you.

there are no matches:

  • Your application hasn’t been entered into our system yet.
  • The information entered doesn’t match exactly what you indicated on your application.
  • You selected an incorrect application category.
  • We are experiencing some technical issues with some applications.
You could also be experiencing difficulties because:

  • An immigration representative is handling your file,
    • if you have hired a representative, only that person can access the application status (through the Authorized Paid Representatives Portal),
      • if you chose to remove the representative from your file to be able to link your application, please select cancelling the appointment of a representative on the Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form, and upload it to your account,
      • once that information is processed, you will be able to link your application.
  • Our system could be down.
Please note that you can try to link an application 5 times. If you are unsuccessful after 5 attempts, you will be locked out for 24 hours.

Still experiencing difficulties?

After having consulted the above information, please fill out the IRCC Web form and choose Technical difficulties located in the drop down menu under the heading Enquiry. Please also add the following information:

  • Any error messages you received. To do this:
    • please include screen shots showing the full browser window, including the website address field of the:
      • page preceding the error, and
      • error message.
  • All the answers provided while trying to link your application. To do this:
    • once on that page and after entering all your answers, provide us with screen shots.
  • The personal information page of your passport.

Check your application status - You may either:
  • Help Centre - To find answers, you may consult the different sections or type keywords related to your question

Thank you,

Emilio

generally , Incomplete application will go at the end of the line , correcting 5669 is causing a delay , completely depend upon case officer he may pick now or after some time

Ahh...the great debate about the EI. I hope this person's income without the EI will meet the LICO, otherwise we are waiting for a rejection.
Sorry for late reply,
Actually I am quite confused what is the difference between LICO and Minimum Income requirement?
Isn't different from each other.
I saw different number in the schedule.
Can any body clarify.
By the way I have a cosigner
