My application was supposed to be delivered on May 3rd but courier company delayed it and was delivered on May 6th. Everything happens for a reason, staying positive, lol :);)

Seeing all May 3rd updates, I know what you must be feeling :), I agree everything happens for a reason though

I applied for my grandmother in PGP 2019. Can I apply for her work permit once we get the official AOR? Not that I want her to work but some of you that may ask me why would i like to do that is because I want to get her SIN and then file taxes next year considering her my dependent in order to save some money on taxes. I have anyways declared her my dependent under the PGP application so I do not think that being a problem.

CIC working on Week # 17 & #18 (MAX application received on wk #18).

we will see Wk # 19 update soon (from May 6 to May 10)

Have you checked with CRA about who can be your dependents? I think not.
