Hi,
I have been trying to link my application online. I have tried all possible combinations and nothing worked. Does anyone know how many family members are included in the application? I am sponsoring my mum (principal applicant), my dad and my dependent brother. My husband is a co-signer and we have a 2year old daughter making us a family of 6?? I tried that and it still didn't work. I received my AOR Oct 1st .
Try with 5, exclude your children for the number of family members. See an earlier post by bader14 below...

to link the application try following

Application Number & Family name of Principal Applicant (your father/mother last name)
Place of Birth of you father / mother
Province / City
even if you have any address change try city what was in your initial application
Marital status : As on initial application
Number of dependent Principal Applicant + Dependents (if any)+ Sponsor + Cosigner (if any)

Good Luck

I got nothing after file transferred to the London visa office.

Hello,
I have been following this thread for a very long time, however this is my first post as I thought that this would be best place to get help. I have submitted a pr sponsorship application for my parents who live in India in May 2018 and it has reached the stage where they have asked for medical and pcc. The problem here is with pcc as it is requested for all countries from 18 years of age . My parents lived in Thailand, Indonesia and China from 1991. All efforts are being made to get pcc but practically it seems impossible to get one from any of those countries for almost 25 years back and not being there physically. Stressed on how to proceed further. Will the IRCC accept a letter stating the facts and practical difficulties in obtaining pcc ? What might other options be ? Will they reject the application ? Worried!! Please help!
Are you sure that request is PCC from all countries since the age of 18? There should be a sentence saying OR LAST 10 YEARS.

Hi There,
I am new here. I tried updating the spread sheet but I could not. I was selected in July 30th ( received email). Application received by Ottawa on 07 August, 2018 and got the Application No on Oct 22. Do you know what's the next step? Also when do they ask for medical and how long do cic need to do the medical?
I could not add my info to spreadsheet as I did not have the permission. I have requested for it, once I have it, I will add info

"Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate"

It's since the age of 18, not just the last 10 years.

@YULIA-2016 is the sheet admin and can add you. Sounds like you got AOR. Next step will be sponsor approval, within 1-2 months, meaning they would make sure that you're eligible to sponsor your parents. Once that is approved they will send you a letter (typically via email) informing you of the decision and which visa office your file is being transferred to for PR processing. A month or so after that, they would ask for medicals, pcc, etc.

Thanks so much for the update. Just one quick question, My mum is in Canada for last 3 yrs on super visa. But in the application, I gave her address as her local address which is the add of my home country. But current mailing address is my Canadian address. Is it fine? Or should I update her address as my Canadian address? Though Canada office should already know it.
