Hi Everyone

So me my wife are planning to sponsor my mother. We just have a question regarding the LICO.

We had our 1st child in 2017 which now makes us a family of 3. Total of 4 including my mother.

Does this mean that in counting our family size, we count our family size as 3 (me, wife,mother) in 2015, 2016, and then family size of 4 in 2017 including our son? If so, do we have to specifically clarify this when submitting our application?

You will be considered a family of 4 for all years. The only thing that matters is the size of your family when you apply.

I see in this forum that everyone is filling NOA gross income for the above question,I think thats wrong .They asked for employment history and gross income related to that employment which should be your T4 gross income not NOA gross.If Your NOA and T4 numbers are the same then u have nothing to worry about but if your gross is different on NOA and T4 then you have to fill T4 gross not NOA gross income.

You must meet LICO for all 3 years using the family size at the time of applying. You needed to verify that you met the income requirement BEFORE applying; it was all right there in the interest form. Way to go on taking a spot from someone who did qualify.

Hello seeking advise on the application guide as the dependent definitions is confusing. My husband and I(principal sponsor) are sponsoring my mother. She is widowed since May 2017 and I only have a sister who is already married with family. All my uncles and aunt are deceased as well. There is no dpendent information to be entered right? In the guide it would say you need to include all family members whether they are accompanying you or not. The definition of dependent is 22 years or over....

Another question in the document checklist on photocopies, it says photocopy of birth certificate, marriage certificate. I still have my original birth certifcate and marriage. Can I photocopy that? Do I need to get a copy from nso Manila? Thank you for all the help

My parents have misplaced their marriage certificate but their birth certificate shows spouse name and date of birth along with children information. Can they submit their birth certificate in turn of marriage certificate? Also, for all of the supporting documents, do they want the actual certified translation or a photocopy of it is enough? e.g. for Photocopy of the sponsors birth certificate, can I provide a photocopy of an older translation or do need to provide original copy of translation? Thanks for your help guys!

Hi,
I need help on Evaluation Form [IMM 5768e].

1. I got PR as a principal applicant and my wife got PR as a dependent at the same time. Should I put "1" in Question 3.B(i) or 5 ?
2. Now my family size is 2 and want to sponsor my parents (2). In Question 14, Family Size column, should I put "2" or "4"?

Please help on these questions.
