On GCkey, you can only submit documents when they request for them, not before. When the time comes, you will receive an email that you have a message on GCkey. The message will describe what they want you to upload. Click on "View submitted application" to see what documents they want, and upload them.

In some cases, local visa office asks to email them the documents instead of uploading. Read the request letter/message carefully when it comes.

Ya they ask me to email them. Thats what i did. But its been more than 1 week i did not see any update that they got my documents. So How would i know they got my email. Do you know once they got document how much time they take to update status that they received my documents? Thanks

I do not know how long it would take for status to update when docs are emailed. I uploaded mine, and status changed to "reviewing uploaded docs" in 2 business days.

I have application number and UCI.
UCI though is same as Principal applicant. Is there any other new UCI cic issued ?

I think I used the UCI mentioned in the AOR email.

FC means Family Class. It's the application category/stream.

I think I used the UCI mentioned in the AOR email.

As it's my Parent in laws application so In my Case UCI mentioned is same as my wife's PR or UCI number. Do you have different UCI number on AOR or it was same as your PR # ?

My UCI is different from my parents. In fact, the principal applicant's UCI is different from their spouse as well.

The visa office should be Ottawa as nowhere else was mentioned on SA letter.
for medicals I received an email regarding a new message that I have in mycic. The letter was there then.

Does it say on your SA letter that your file is transferred to Ottawa or says Unspecified?

I got SA letter on September 14. VO Unspecified- still have to submit additional document. I believe they are not transferring our application until we submit the document. We asked for time extension. Line 107

No it doesn't say anything where the LVO is. Just says it's forwarded to visa office for further processing and provided a mailing address in Ottawa if in the future they asked to mail any documents needed.

My parents status says "Decision Made" last week on but haven't received any letter yet.. Anyone knows, how soon the letter is received for stamping..
