No they were back about 10days ago and because they bought the roundtrip ticket before and had to apply for PCC from Iran they decided to do medicals there as well.

No it doesn't say anything where the LVO is. Just says it's forwarded to visa office for further processing and provided a mailing address in Ottawa if in the future they asked to mail any documents needed.

It's still application received. My ecas was never updated like others. Even now only mycic has updated and there were 2new messages(medical forms)but ecas has nothing new yet.

The visa office should be Ottawa as nowhere else was mentioned on SA letter. for medicals I received an email regarding a new message that I have in mycic. The letter was there then.

You and your spouse must register for invitations separately because one can only sponsor his/her own parents not in-laws. After being chosen you both can co-signe each other's applications.

Even if you acquired your PR through sponsorship still you can sponsor. One can not sponsor a spouse if he/she was sponsored as a spouse in the last five years. nothing to do with parents. Anyways happy to see you were done with the first stage.
