Hi
I am worry about my family case apply 2010. The immigration Canada had asked for all required documents(pcc, certificates, birth certificates etc) in July of 2014. which we had provided immediately within the required period of time. we also provide them with landing fees, income history of period 2010 to 2014. After that they had requested for mine 2009 income. which i wasn't able to provide because i had arrived in canada in april 2009, so i told them that the income of my husband will be considered for that period of time as he is a co-signature in my family sponsorship file. After a period of one month they send me a email regarding that they received all the document completely. On 20 august 2015 they had sent the file for secondary review but didn't respond on any information asked by us while we are still waiting. on the other hand, my husband had applied for his parents in january 2011 with mine co-signature. Now this file has been processed out to Delhi and had cleared medical and other documents and waiting of the visa to arrive.so thats why i am to wooried about it.
please help to sort it out
Regards
Priya :(

I think they're just checking to make sure you guys continue to meet the income requirements for sponsoring your parents. If you arrived in April 2009, did you work at all from May-Dec 2009? If you did, then you couldve just submitted the tax return from those months as your 2009 income, unless you didn't work at all in 2009.

hi mike
As i have work 2009 so i have to file tax of year 2009 in 2010,so that's why i had shown my income history from 2010 to 2014. i wanna know more about secondary review and how i should wait for it.
