i have 2 questions for you Hassan.

1. Did your mother came first time?
2. did they give you 10 Year Super Visa(PG-1) or Visit Visa (V-1) ?

Because last time i applied they gave Visit Visa for my mom

Salam, how much duration of stay did you mention last time? Some people say that IRCC can give visit visa if you mention less than 6 months of stay in super visa application. And how much duration of stay dis you mention this time?

Sharing Super Visa Timeline for my mother. Applied her Super visa back in Jan 2024, received medical request on May 8th, Medical done on May 14th, status changed to Medical Passed on May 21st, received email to submit passport on May 29th. Hopefully, this will help you guys to understand the approximate processing times these days in Pakistan. Good Luck

I am not 100% sure but as per my knowledge you will need insurance coverage for one full year to apply for extension. Just for curiosity, why did they allow them entry only for 10 months? because for Super Visa you can stay for 5 years before you exist.

You can stay up to 5 years but that is not guaranteed. You could be given less time by CBSA. If you are unable to secure supervisa insurance in subsequent years your stay becomes invalid as well. This is still a visitor visa so always at the discretion of Canada how long they can visit.
