Hola! As I said before my brother in law use the services of Canada Visa, (the owners of this forum) they charge in 1/3, one down payment to begin, one when you summit your papers to the goverment and the last one when you get you permanent residence, if this one is not approve they will not charge the last 1/3, consider that every case is different and they only take cases that have a high probability of success, so write to them and explain your situation, they will told you your options, write down before you call them or send an email all your questions, my brother in law never have a problem with them and in 15 months he get his PR, so I decide to use them and so far I don;t have any complains, every email I send to them was answered, also consider that the Canadian Goverment are in the process of changing the rules, in November they will be publish this new rules, in the mine time do your research with CanadaVisa and star gather all the information, believe me it take 2 or 3 months to do it. If you need more advise or have another questions please let me know, I'm immigrant too to USA and after 8 years still I can;t have my green card, you;re right after 9/11 everything change for the immigrants in a bad way.
