not sure but as far as i remember i asked a similar question from an officer at passport office in Pakistan (during renewal of my passport), and he replied that one can even renewed it from abroad

You can definitely renew your MRP in Canada. However, this facility is available only at the Pakistan consulate in Toronto.

your prospects of getting visa are very high, since u have a strong profile. but yes if u r pakistani then it is certainly very late. Minimum visa processing time is 11 weeks for Pakistanis.

A study permit procedures can take some time to finalize, it is recommended that the complete application is submitted 2 -3 months before the start of classes and no later than 1 month before the start of classes. Check link below.

Applying online would be better. Use the link below. It will guide you through and help you make an online account. Online you will have to submit everything in soft copies. You do not need to physically sign anything.

I dnt think so that u will get such a extension , however u can ask ur uni to consider u for the next session i-e summer or Fall session. For how many sessions is ur admission letter valid? usually they offer more than one sessions to overseas students.

great! just get the new letter from ur supervisor and complete ur docs for visa and apply paper-based(bcuz u can attach more number of supporting docs for ur visa application). even online procedure wont b a problem for u.

Passport submission will take place in the end. At the beginning you will upload a scanned copy of your passport in your CIC account.

You'll receive a medical later once they are through with your docs. You can do it upfront but even that will take time.

You can upload that in the beginning.
