But there were two for ashura and 5 for eid and add 8 days more to it means our processing time ends on 153 days. Means 10 days from no for those who applied on June 18.
Its been 20 weeks and 3 days so far since we applied on 18 June including all weekends and public holidays.

There were almost 10 public holidays in the meantime and there 40 days of weekend for 20 weeks. Collectively there were 50 non working days during this period. Which are eqaul to 7 weeks.
Adding 7 to 16 gives you 23 weeks.
Means, There are still atleast 3 more weeks untill the mentioned deadline........

Processing time is 16 weeks not 20. So 16 weeks 112 days plus 32 weekends plus 10 official holidays makes 154 days. K nai?

Its useless pursuit, anyhow. Because, we have no means of making sure that they will reply at the end of those whatever 154 or 164 days...

Processing time is 16 weeks which means that 16*7 = 112 working days is average processing time.
Now, this is equal to how much regular time ?
24 weeks have, 24*7= 168 days.
24 weeks have, 48 weekends,
There are almost 10 public holidays in 24 weeks.
So in 24 weeks, how many are working days; 168 - 48 - 10 = 110 days.

So average processing time of 16 weeks is equal to almost 24 weeks of regular time.
Mtlb AVERAGE PROCESSING TIME OF STUDY VISA APPLICATIONS IN PAKISTAN IS ALMOST 6 MONTHS ....

CHEEERS WHAT A GREAT NATION WE AREEEE

Awesome..... We are unbelievable. So its like 3 weeks more. To be precise 24 days more. I dont think, that we should pin our hopes on that either. On passing of 24 weeks.... Cause you never know, they may unilaterally increase the processing time....

Absolutely, that is not something impossible. But lets just hope for the best.
Because I believe there is always something better behind the scenes that happens to you. This delay will pay off for sure, and even i think if rejected, there will be something good in that.
So i will also suggest you not to stick to one option. Always have a plan B. Always.

Like going to Mexico!

Just kidding. Yeah you are right, I am trying to formulate fall back plans these days. I am completely hopeless of this filthy, rotten, oppressive, claustrophobic visa processing regime!

Guys I have heard that they don't issue TRV and study Visa unless two months before the start date of the study program. Do you guys think that they are now delaying the cases for those who have become applicant of FALL 2015 due to one year roll over??

They'd give visa with the validity of august 2015. Its start date may differ from date of granting it.

Its validity may start from august 2015. Matlab u cant use it to travel before that even if you get it stamped on november 2014.

I mean I haven't observed any case like that in which they issued Study visa 4 or 5 months before the start of program.

Yup i am quite sure. In many countries visa validity is different from stamping of visa. Especially for UK. Also, i read about such a case here a bengali guy got such kind of visa.
