Haan jee. I got 6th August.
I asked them if I can get an early appointment in another city, to they told me Islamabad mein 4th August is available and Karachi mein to 10th August hay .

What about you? tumhein kaunsi date mili ?

Daikh lo, email kar k check lo agar Islamabad ki milti hay to. Waisay they told me k usually koi appointment cancel ho jate hay to aap ko adjust kar saktay hein pehlay ki dates mein, all you need to do is call them every alternative day to ask if there's any prior date available

Today, i got the appointment but it also includes a line "You are requested to bring your valid Polio vaccination certificate at the time of your appointment"

Yeah its has to mention on Certificate that you have been go through vaccination .. Try to contact some hospitals may be they will provide you polio certificate . Polio certificate is also known as internation certificate for polio vaccination may be ..
