Pakistanis Applying for student Visa for September 2015 intake!

Hello,
I have been reading this post for a long time. I have submitted my application to CHC on 15th Sept for Jan 2016 intake. I just wanted to as a few things. Someone please suggest.
I have included the property sale documents as the proof of financial support. The property was on my Mother's name and she transferred the amount directly into my account (I attached affidavit of sponsorship too), the amount came in my account on 26th August 2015, so definitely, the amount ain't four months old as many people here recommend. Though I have attached my bank statement of six months which shows some amount has been deducted from it on 10th Sept (which I debited to pay the tuition fee).
I have not attached any salary slips because I thought that the amount received is enough. Also, I paid my first semester tuition fee from that amount. I have attached proof of fee payment too. In your views, how would these factors affect my application?

No idea , why they are delaying our passports. I dont know if I defer to Jan and inform cic, will I get visa on same application or not? And if I get visa just after deferment, would they allow me to enter or no so its a bit stressful time

We don't need to tell cic for defferal. They may ask for defferal letter. You shouldn't be worry if you will get your visa and whenever custom officer ask us about this issue then we will tell him that we got our visa late. I am also going to deffer my admission to january termUikhan88 said:
Yes its better to wait for their response rather than sending updated acceptance letters. I have also deferred my admission and did not inform chc about it.

anyone guide me please I got FRC from NADRA by birth siblings. Do I need to explain on SOP about each and every family member what they doing towards family ties to home country? Any employer sample letter confirming after completion of work I'll be back to home country? If anyone having a sample of SOP please share with me by which I can get idea.
