Pakistanis Applying for student Visa for September 2015 intake!

I am in the same boat. Applied paper based on 19th may. havent heard back from them yet. i have reapplied at my college for january intake so very frustrating. I hope CHC is awake and back from holidays.

Even I hope they start processing asap. Can you tell me how did you submitted your deferred admission letter to the CHC?

I have done a case specific inquiry and uploaded the deferred letter, but I am not sure if they will look at it. Is it possible to submit the letter via courier to the embassy through VFS or directly?

It depends on university to university but usually there is no fees for differal.

If you applied paper based than you can't because they create a unique ID for you that doctor use to communicate your results. If you applied online than you will be submitting your passport and you can send your test results along.

UPDATE: My friend got a message to go pick up her passport.

She applied May 22nd online with a upfront medical
Received passport request + police certificate request September 1st
Status on myCIC changed to "closed" and "approved" September 11th
Message to go pick up passport September 15th

URGENT QUESTION GUYS:

My friend is 17 until November so technically still a minor. She has a written and signed letter from her guardian giving her permission to travel for study purposes and a written and signed letter from her aunt who will be her custodian in Canada in case the officer asks.

She does not need to get anything else right?

Please help if you have experience with similar issues.

I was a silent observer of this forum and I really appreciate all initiative taken by the members to help each other.

Program: MBA
Medical Request : Still waiting

It's been almost 4 months I haven't heard back anything from the CHC. Due to which I had to deferred my admission to the next available semester.

Unfortunately, my university doesn't offer full time MBA for Winter 2016 session, sadly I had to defer my admission for next year (Fall - 2016)

Will be thankful if anyone can help me with replying me on : How to submit updated deferred letter of acceptance to the embassy? And how will this affect my visa application since my admission got deferred by one year?

I pray all students who are waiting for VISA / Medical request gets a good news asap. And many congrats to all students who already have obtained student visa

Your application is currently in process and under review. We have received your revised letter of acceptance for September 2016 session. Please be advised that applications cannot be kept open for more than a year. Please withdraw your application and submit a new application before the start of your September 2016 session.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Please note that we will be unable to reply to messages which do not include either the name AND date of birth of the primary applicant or the file number under which your application is being processed.

What we can do? Classes have started , they requested passport after making decision, now they are not giving it back since mid of august, they asked for it to stamp visa but I think they have thrown passports in bin

Bro how you submitted your differal letter to embassy ?

Send them an email at islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca with all your application details along with the deferral letter.

I would suggest all those who have deferred there admission to Jan intake to submit deferral letter by yourself instead of waiting for the CHC long delayed request.
