Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Received ppr1 on 5th oct.....

Current trend is 3-5 weeks.

Dear all seniors,

Please see my timeline as my medical was done on 18-4-2012 and received to London visa office on 24-4-12

but in may i received a letter from vo that ,there is a gaps in spouse history sections.so i provided them new forms within 1 day. i am afraid that my process is delayed due to that reason.because i see so many of forum members who are getting there PPR1 but mine one are not received till now.i am so much confused about this situation

i also received same letter in May and in june i received letter for Proof of fund again.but in july i received medical.maybe ur background checkings are taking time.send case inquiry today.maybe u will receive ppr in reply. all the best.

One of my colleague applied for canadian immigration and his application was received on july 3, 2009 by the canadian immigration london office. subsequently, he and his spouse was invited for interview at Canadian Embassy at Abu Dhabi (as his place of application was uae) on January 30, 2011. Interview went very good and interviewing officer informed him that, his medical will come by june 2011 (with in 5 months). Since then he didn't listened anything from them.

Whereas in response to his CSE, he was informed that, his application is due to be reviewed.

Can someone advise us regarding his application status.

Dont worry friend. One of my friend got the same update form request which he provided accordingly. There was no delay in his PPR1 (he got it couple of days back). So just relax...I would recommend you to send a CSI for current update (you might get PPR1 in response). Wish you good luck.

I believe that it doesnt matter where u r flying from...just make sure u complete ur landing at the place u have mentioned on ur application...

Its a very easy process....nothing much is required when u land...the immigration officers are extremely friendly and very courteous...

One good thing to do is get a print out (large) of the FULL address (including postal code) of the address u want ur PR card to be delivered (not required) but a nice way to avoid any mistakes...the officer can ask if u have an address written clearly...i didnt...but i guess one should...

Dont get into goods accompanying or goods to follow...waste of time...IMO...

Thanks and appreciate your help. Could you let me know what to do if I do not have any address to be given at the time of landing as I will staying in a hotel for the first few days and than start searching for a permenant place.
