Dear seniors I need some advice...

I will be landing in Toronto by the 1st week of December as my visa expiry date is December 10th 2012. As I had applied my case through a lawyer in Dubai in 2010 and my visa was stamped by CHC London in May 2012, So is it necessary that I need to take a flight from Dubai to Toronto as my case was filed from Dubai or can I vist back home (Pakistan) and take a flight from Pakistan to Toronto. : Please reply soon. Thanks and appreciate your help.

As I had applied my case through a lawyer in Dubai in 2010 and my visa was stamped by CHC London in May 2012, So is it necessary that I need to take a flight from Dubai to Toronto as my case was filed from Dubai or can I vist back home (Pakistan) and take a flight from Pakistan to Toronto. : Please reply soon. I believe that it doesnt matter where u r flying from...just make sure u complete ur landing at the place u have mentioned on ur application...

Its a very easy process....nothing much is required when u land...the immigration officers are extremely friendly and very courteous...

One good thing to do is get a print out (large) of the FULL address (including postal code) of the address u want ur PR card to be delivered (not required) but a nice way to avoid any mistakes...the officer can ask if u have an address written clearly...i didnt...but i guess one should...

Dont get into goods accompanying or goods to follow...waste of time...IMO...

Anyways...best of luck...

Just for the clarification... i read that its a matter not where do you land unless its not Quebec, you just need to land before your visa expiry date.

No problem you can go from Pakistan.
