Pakistani Applicants Please Reply for WES New Requirement

Hi Hasho,
Can you please tell me who filled the WES FORM?? half has to be filled by yourself and the other half, did HEC filled it???
In my case I have got everything attested and they can put it in sealed envelope but they are not filling up the WES FORM.

Please tell what is the process?

Can any one guide me how to check the status of my degree on HEC web site. I already got attested and also got sealed envelope but on my account it still showed that applied for attestation.

Please help me as I am new on this forum.

I did MBA(Finance) from IQRA UNIVERSITY which is on 3rd ranking as per HEC in business university, but I have not found on WES as acceptable university. Therefor please advice me on this matter.

I applied in mid of may, HEC will attest the photo copies and put it in their official envelop and get it signed and stamped by the same guy, at the back of envelop
For federal board u need to fill that form only, half filled by you and half by the controller or registrar. Do the same here get attested sealed in their envelop and hand over to the courier on the name of board as sender

I believe you must have completed your registration with WES.If not then do it by clicking link above.

Quote your WES ID number on all sealed envelopes

you dont need to fill any form for HEC, just the degree and marksheets to be attested, sealed and sent.

for Federal Board, you need to get that form signed and stamped along with your SSC and HSSC certificates and marksheets. then seal it in their envelop, get it signed and stamped at back.. and hand over to a courier.

By the Grace of Allah, my evaluation at WES has finally started.
I did the following 2 steps to get past the hurdle of this SSC/HSSC requirement for O&A levels:-
1. IBCC sealed & stamped attested photocopies of both O&A levels in a single envelop. I did not attach that transcript form for either. And sent it through Leopard Courier.
2. Sent O&A level photocopies of both certificates in a separate envelop.

I hope it is clear now for everyone.

I have sent my B.Sc degree and transcript attested from HEC and these docs are accepted by the WES.
But I am unable to send Matric and Intermediate Certificates because my brother went to BISE Bahawalpur, they verified docs but refused to seal them and ask my brother to go to IBCC Lahore. IBCC Lahore further attested my documents but refused to seal them. I don't know how to get out of this situation.

Currently, I am here in Oman and can't do anything. Is there anyone here in the forum who has dealt with IBCC Lahore or BISE Bahawalpur. I shall be very grateful if I get any reference either in IBCC Lahore or BISE Bahawalpur.

you brother got the attested documents right??

just ask him to collect their official envelop of the board and put the documents in that envelop and request the guy to stamp the envelop at the back.. go to the courier service.. and send it to WES... in the sender name put the name of attesting authority.. thats it

Friend did you emailed your degree and transcript by yourself or your university emailed on your behalf? because HEC handed overs the sealed envelop to the applicant only.
I did my MBA in 2011 from University of Karachi. I have applied for the HEC attestation and it will take approx. 2 months to deliver me. So can I send the sealed envelop to WES by myself ? because Presently I have no link with the University.

Dear Pakistani Applicants ,

I send my documents (Engineering Degree & Mark Sheets) to WES in sealed envelope by HEC , but today I received an email from WES that I have to re send by documents again including a form filled by the University registrar.

This form is a new requirement which is not mentioned in the WES website for Pakistani Applicants.

Any one has the same experince with WES ? Please reply.

This is to acknowledge that WES has corrected their mistake, after I written them a note through their contact us page regarding updating of HEC online database.They checked my documents again and updated my status accordingly.That's means they are not demanding HEC documents from me again.

Lets summarize all above poitns in the form of guidance for other Pakistani friends.

1.Have your documents attested by HEC.Take one photocopy attested from HEC and ENSURE that they have updated your data in online system.That's means request HEC to show you your data in their system.If they give you a statement that your data is updated online, its not credible as it already has happened to me.Take documents in sealed format and send the sealed photocopies to WES.
2.In addition to HEC documents, take attested SEALED photocopis of Intermediate certificate AS WELL AS photocopy of RESULT CARD.Seal the photocopies in ENVELOP provided by BISE.and send the documents along with HEC documents to WES.

This is the whole summary of the procedure based on all hassles, multipile visits of boards, courier office and hours long phone calls with WES guys.

only HSC can suffice the requirement.
