Pakistani Applicants Please Reply for WES New Requirement

Dear all ,

I received the HEC sealed envelope for my univ documents which I had already forwarded to WES . I have done my matriculation and intermediate documents received from Hyderabad board attested and signed by the Controller of examination . But , the main issue is they have sealed the documents in a brown plain envelope with their stamp on front and back side .

Coming to the main issue Hyd Board people said that they have no proper facility to forward documents to WES Canada can anyone guide me now ? that if I send documents from Karachi ... will the WES accept them or not ?? or is there anyway I can send the documents from any specific courier service that can accept the docs frm me on the behalf of Hyderabad board and can write shipper name as hyd board because fedex . DHL ,& Ups don't accept documents like this and only accept documents from the registered address mentioned on the CNIC of the shipper(person couriering the docs) .

I am awaiting quick response from you people .

You can send it yourself, just dont put your name as SENDER, mention the BOARD NAME AS SENDER

the courier will send a copy of receipt to the board, as the envelop is sealed and stamped, it wont be an issue, WES will accept it.

I have done masters from the US after doing bachelors from NED.
I have received HEC attestation of bachelors degree. But I am not sure about masters.

Reading their requirements, it looks to me that:
- Only photocopy is required of masters degree. I can send it myself.
- Transcript of masters degree must come directly from the US university. Transcript Request Form should be filled by the university for this purpose.
This means that I should call university and ask them to send this form on my behalf.

Is this the correct procedure?

Doesn't cap go upto 1000 for each occupation?
If so then 202 is not a bad number. There still are about 800 slot remaining for 2132.

I have very important question before i start attestation with BISE and HEC
I have already attested secondary and intermediate transcript and degrees from BISE and i also have attested transcripts and degrees from HEC
I have attested all these in 2011
Now my question is
can i ask BISE and HEC to seal ,stamp and sign my documents which are already attested by them in 2011
secondly what about WES would they accept documents attested in 2011 or they would require for fresh attestation of transcripts and degrees?

Hi !!

Please remember one thing...

You are not supposed to send photo copies of ATTESTED DEGREE AND CERTIFICATES
I repeat, you need to send the attested photocopies of DEGREE & CERTIFICATES, so u need to make photo copies, and submit for attestation... seal them , get the emvelop stamped and sed it to WES

first thing, do you attested photo copies of degree and certificate?
or u have only the originals which are attested??

If you have attested copies of degree and certificate, then just try to get the envelop of HEC and your Board, seal them infront of a person in their office.. and request him to stamp it at back.. go to the courier and send it yourself.. in the sender name, put the board and HEC address

yes once u register to WES and pay the fee, u will see the status as waiting for documents, once documents received, the status changes.. once evaluation completed.. the status changes and so on

Its simple, the way I did.. nothing to do with ur college or university

1. You got the attested photo copies of your Degree and transcripts (original attested photo copies, not photo copies of the attested documents)
2. You got the attested photo copies of your FSc. Certificate (original attested photo copies, not photo copies of the attested documents)

Just request the HEC to give u an envelop with HEC written on it... seal it yourself, and request them to stamp and sign at the back of envelop
The same do with FBISE, put the documents in an envelop given to you by board, seal it and ask them to stamp it at the back.

Send it by yourself to WES, and in the sender put the name of HEC and FBISE, i had sent two separate envelops to WES

Secondly, please let me know the exact procedure of getting my SSC/HSC documents attested from Karachi board(s) as there are confusions & ambiguities regarding;

1. Board(s) don't sign the WES required Academic transcript request form.
2. Academic transcript are not mandatory to be sent to WES.
3. Envelope sealed by board(s) can be send directly to WES by oneself however, with board(s) address/es in "from section" of the package.

I would really appreciate if someone who has already got his SSC/HSC documents attested by the Karachi board(s) recently & could help me to tackle contingency.

HSC is enough.

Board will sign the international transcript request form given by WES.

Transcript duly attested by controller are mandatory.
