Hi brothers ! I got a small doubt . My Nic has rwp district as present and gujrat district as permanent. All my life i lived in pindi occasionally going to gujrat for eidz. Neither i am mentioning gujrat in my address history Nor the pcc from punjab mentions the permanent pcc requirement at the bottom of pcc anymore like it used to be. System has changed i think since jan 2018 . Its all computerized now in punjab. Questions brothers
Do i just need Pindi PCC ??
Is it fine if i get pcc from rwp from jan 1988 till **date** although i left pakistan in aug 2015 and since then i havent gone back ! Is the ‘till date’ part fine or do i have to mention specific date of last exit from Pakistan ? My brother is getting the pcc on my behalf in Pakistan.
What do you people advise ?1 Pcc cert from pakistan and pcc from usa will be fine . So pakistan pcc would be from 1 jan 1988 till date ?

Pindi PCC should suffice.

Guys .. I have a couple of questions regarding my application that I needed help with ...

1- What documents am I required to upload for Past Work Experience?? Anything other than a Reference Letter and pay stubs?? My experience letter does not show the title I held at the company … Is it wise for me to upload that as well for proof of experience?? Are you claiming points for this experience. If yes, please note that how IRCC would know this is relating to which NoC so better to get a new one (if you are principal applicant)

2- I have been unemployed for the past six months and had deposits of PKR 55,000.00 and PKR 75,000.00 in my account around four months ago ... Will I need to give an explanation for source of funds in letter of explanation ??? The rest of the amount has been covered by my existing balance and a deposit by my dad (I plan on supporting that with a GIFT Deed in my favor). Not so significant in terms of Canadian Dollars but better to have a detailed explanation of that as well.

I would really be grateful if you could help me with my queries ...

Hi guys i just got my PCC from Pakistan Punjab Rawalpindi.
My Pcc is dated for today with duration of stay from 1 jan 1988 till 31 july 2015. 31 july 2015 was the last exit date of me from Pakistan to USA. I have exit and entry stamp on my passport.with 31 july 2015.
Also my wife pcc is from may 2014 till 27 sept 2016 as she went back to pakistan and came back to usa on 27 sept 2016 and after that we have been here.

Are these fine ???

If you have not traveled back to Pakistan then its fine. Else you need to have an open ended one. Staying since 1 Jan 1988 till date.

I was going through my docs and noticed that my PCC issuance date is 26-12-2017 but i left the country on 30th December 2017.
The certificate says that it is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
Will this be a problem?

Yes please get an updated one. The instructions are very clear in IRCC website

for your wife, please check again, if she exited Pakistan on 27-09-2016 then that should be mentioned in her PCC.

Just to confirm that my wives PCC from Islamabad would be from 1 Jan 2003 till may 2014 marriage date . and then from marriage date to 27 sept 2016 the last exit from Pakistan. Is this good enough.???? she turned 18 in 2009

You can pay the RPRF at the same time as your application fees to avoid delays. If we approve your application before you pay it, we will contact you to explain how.

We will refund the RPRF if you withdraw or we refuse your application. The RPRF is the only fee that we can refund after we start processing your application."

I don't know if this has been answered before or not but there goes.

MY EE application was filed in the last week of June 2018. The bank statement (ABC Bank) has PKR 1,250,000 as on the date of application. I have also shown investments in the form of mutual funds and life insurance separately (both totaling around PKR 400,000/-). The proof of funds trails is complete and justified from my salary slips and all.

I have a credit card outstanding of PKR 150,000/- from another XYZ bank which I plan to pay off gradually from funds separate from the one's mentioned above.

My question is the following:

1. Does the CIC consider the cash value of the investments (as mentioned in the investment letter) as proof of funds to support my case?
2. Will CIC have access to information about my credit card outstanding from XYZ bank which is not declared in the Proof of funds information? As far as I know, eCIB access cannot be shared with parties other than financial institution
3. Due to the on-going pressure on PKR, the CAD has spiked from 88/CAD to 93/CAD in inter-bank. How does CIC convert the funds from PKR to CAD since the Bank of Canada does not quote PKR-CAD parity?
4. Incase the CAD to PKR exchange further deteriorates, should I keep topping up my ABC bank account to stay at a comfortable level based on the prevailing interbank rate?


Help would be appreciated.
