I have a question regarding translation of documents...I need to provide my Birth Certificate in order to claim points for proof of relationship.

However, I am confused with regards to CIC translation instructions as given below:

Translation of documents
If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:
1. the English or French translation; and
2. an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and
3. a certified photocopy of the original document.

As per my understanding I am going to get the true translation from a translator and upload it along with color scanned of my birth certificate. furthermore, i can get affidavit of the translator that its the true copy of the original birth certificate.

Is that enough? plus what document should i get notarized?

What do IRC mean by point 3 above?

Looking forward to a quick response since I have to submit my application next week.

You can always add extra docs to be safe. But then it is harder to decide where to draw the line.

There is no reason to assume CRC (Form B) is mentioned specifically any where. If you don't submit it, obviously you don't need translations either.

What i and most others i know did was, Birth certificates of children + family registration certificates from Nadra. Both of them are in English AND Urdu and hence don't need translation.

Already done with it and got a comprehensive affidavit along with translated document and original, all notarized ;D

I am on 451, any dentist here who have used there house job experience for fswp, as it does count if it is paid? Any thoughts plz

It'll count as long as it was paid. I did mine but wasn't getting paid, so I chose not to include it in the work history.

Just to be on the safe side, scroll or search paid house jobs on this forum and you'll get some replies once you read through them

They dont inform anyone. Only if London office requires some information from you, then they will contact you.

Hi All,

I need your guidance regarding proof of funds. I have the required amount in my bank account, but it was only transferred one month ago by my father. Before that, my account was mostly dormant with nominal balance and few small transactions. Which documents I need to provide as proof of funds?

Thanks in advance

P.S. I am on 477 and waiting for the next draw.

Following r the documents which I attached

notorized Gift Deed on a stamp paper.
Father account maintainance Certificate
Last six months fathers bank statements
Copy of cheque to show how the money was transferred
My account maintance Certificate
My last six months bank statement (because i only had to borrow half of the money from my father)

Regards

Thanks a lot. I can arrange for all this except the cheque, as I did not keep a copy. Is there an alternative to this? I read someone mentioning about the average six months balance. Is it required along with six months bank statement.

that's the whole purpose of submitting the six months statement so they can calculate the average balance of last six months (closing balance/6)
my bank refused to mention the average balance so i had to attach the six months statement and explained it in LOE.

just mention the cheque no in the gift deed, cheque no will also show in ur statement. its not mandatory I did it just to simplify it for the visa officer

Regards

Thanks s.tamoor! One final question, did your bank agree to mention amount in Canadian dollars, albeit in parentheses?

a**holes were very strict didn't do nothing out of the way

I made a table in excel by myself and paste in LOE
