If it's already in English why you need to translate it!

If it is in urdu, go to near by courts and there are lot of translators available. they can translate and notarized it as well.

Ah, it is in URDU. sorry for the typo.

okay great.. All I wanted to confirm. Thanks!

Hi,

- I have received an ITA.
- I am from Pakistan and have lived in Dubai for the last 11 years.
- I haven't lived in Pakistan since 2006 (only short trips)
- I am traveling to Pakistan for 5-6 days around end of March.
- I will also apply for my PCC from Pakistan.
- Does PCC have to be dated after my exit from Pakistan? or it can be a date during my stay in Pakistan.

Thanks,

Can any one please advise me the process for doctors.

In general how much time it takes.

It doesn't matter that when did you last live back in Pakistan on permanent basis. Your police certificate will cover you from the date of birthday till the day you apply for it.

For application purposes, would CIC accept PCC before my departure from Pakistan? Or does it have to be after I exit Pakistan ?

each and every answer of your query(ies) is over here. for express entry profile, you don't need any forms. It's an online process and is like filling a form.

I have a question regarding translation of documents...I need to provide my Birth Certificate in order to claim points for proof of relationship.

However, I am confused with regards to CIC translation instructions as given below:

Translation of documents
If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:
1. the English or French translation; and
2. an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and
3. a certified photocopy of the original document.

As per my understanding I am going to get the true translation from a translator and upload it along with color scanned of my birth certificate. furthermore, i can get affidavit of the translator that its the true copy of the original birth certificate.

Is that enough? plus what document should i get notarized?

What do IRC mean by point 3 above?

Looking forward to a quick response since I have to submit my application next week.
