Dear All,
Those who went through the process please tell me where is our visa office? Is it London or Abu dhabi or where else? Where we will submit our passports and will get them back from where? Replies are appreciated

For 90% pakistani applicants, london visa office.
For very few it can be cpc otawa or abu dhabi
But passport will be submitted to islamabad chc.

Thanx buddy,
So how much time it usually takes from submission of passport to CHC and its return with stamped visa?

Quick help pls.

I plan to get my wife's Master's degree attested. I understand we need to submit HSC and HSSC certificates along with the university degree, however do we also need to submit her bachelors degree?

The catch is, she has misplaced her Bahcelor's Degree Certificate but has mark sheet. It will take us long time to get Bachelor's certificate re-issued and follow the whole process.

Can we directly send master's degree with HSC / HSSC (and if required on bachelor's marksheet)??

Dear i dont know about other universities but for PU lahore the process is relatively simpler....i just did it couple of months ago. There is a duplicate degree request form and a nominal fee to submit, they will issue a new one in a week or less, like in may case it just took days from Monday to Thursday. Try !

Also WES requires both degree and Transcript for attestation...so try to send both in order to avoid delays

One more thing....i have recently started a job here in KSA, so they would not allow me to move elsewhere on this short time. My AOR is February 23 so i am expecting final decision till August. Can i just go to Canada to activate my status, apply for PR card and come back to my job here?
I am intending to live here till next year July or August. Need advices!!

Folks, I have very basic questions. Please advise

1 - What do we ask our bank for POF ? what is that letter called here in Pakistan ?

2 - I have active accounts in two banks. One of them has all of my funds and I rarely use the other one. Do I need to get that letter from both banks ?

Thanks!

Dear Arsalan,
POF is a universal name so already pakistani banks know about it. You can also call it bank certificate. It is a very simple certificatw stating that you have an account in this bank from so or so date, and there has been (amount) balance in this account. Also stating that you are maintaining this account actively.
If you have two accounts but have enough funds in one of them then just take certificate from that bank or branch, or transfer whole money in one of them to take certificate from them.
Precautionary, take out a 6 months statement also.

Hey,

My nikkah nama is in English. I believe, I would have to get it translated into English for submission. Do you guys happen to know what's the procedure for that ?

Would I have to just get it translated from a translator OR I would have to get it notarized as well ?

FYI, I live in Islamabad so would appreciate if someone could provide details with references.

Thanks in advance!

If it's already in English why you need to translate it!

If it is in urdu, go to near by courts and there are lot of translators available. they can translate and notarized it as well.
