Starting content of letter was this:

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. The eligibility and admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is currently in process; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.

At this time our records indicate that you have not paid the required Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF must be paid once for yourself as a principal applicant and once for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if applicable.

At the end, nothing mentioned as it was issued from ottawa or london. This is in the signature:

Regards,
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada | Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada Government of Canada | Gouvernement du Canada
www.cic.gc.ca

This letter came on Nov 16 and we paid RPRF on Nov 20, and on Dec 22, BGC changed to In Progress.

Category is EE, through Saskatchewan provincial nomination...

Please let me know what u infer from this content of letter?

this letter was from CIO ottawa ...It was generated before A11.2 checks were started.

Now your A11.2 checks are done and your file has been transferred to Local visa office in canada and they have re-checked your complete file and it has been found eligible under PNC ... Now your BKG changed to IP which means admissibility checks have been started which are final checks before you get PPR.

Its no issue. What you can do is to make scans of your NSC certificates, The maturity certificate from NSC, Check given by NSC, Check deposit slip in your bank account, Statement of your Bank account and an LOE.

You'll be good to go.

Thanks for the help!

Do not worry just take your previous statment from NSC plus your certificate maturity letter and your current back statment and certificate and explain all this in LOE

Thanks

Thank you for your reply.

Can you please tell me about how you come to know its from CIO Ottawa, what are indications of it?

What is A11.2 ?

From CIO Ottawa, files goes to local visa office in Canada or outside Canada, as i remember in my time, in 2014 and 2015, Local Visa Office for PR Visas was London, UK.

I would appreciate if you can help me understanding the above mentioned things...

Hi Guys,

I am finalizing my E-APR. I am in Qatar as I am working abroad.

I authorized my relatives to obtain PCC from Rawalpindi and Karachi (I lived in RWP permanently but moved to Karachi only for studies for 2 years)

Fortunately/Unfortunately, both my PCCs have same issue date i.e. 23rd December 2016.

Will this be any sort of problem??

The content is all OK.All details are OK. I am only worried that both letters are dated 23rd December 2016. Will this be any problem? or am i thinking too much?

Do let me know guys. Thanks.

U mean both PCCs issued on 23re dec , not a problem having them issued on same date.

Hi BSS,

Yes. That's what I am saying. Both letters are "issued"/"dated"/"date on the top" on 23rd December 2016. Rawalpindi and Karachi Police stations PCCs are both dated 23rd December 2016.

So, you're saying that its not an issue..right?

I was only thinking that maybe CIC will say why these letters from different cities dated the same.Well its a coincidence. My relatives got it on my behalf. Happened to be on same date.

Am I thinking too much? Its not something to get worried about, right?

If it was from london visa office, then the address of london visa office would be written underneath the letter.

What is A11.2 ?

eligibility checks.

It still is the same.

I would appreciate if you can help me understanding the above mentioned things...
