This letter came on Nov 16 and we paid RPRF on Nov 20, and on Dec 22, BGC changed to In Progress.

Please let me know what u infer from this content of letter?
Now your A11.2 checks are done and your file has been transferred to Local visa office in canada and they have re-checked your complete file and it has been found eligible under PNC ... Now your BKG changed to IP which means admissibility checks have been started which are final checks before you get PPR.
