That is good and interesting news. I have no idea of its status as of today.

But the key is that CIC never contacts these guys. So what you get in writing in the PCC is what matters.

The problem was that every police station issues PCC which has wordings like

"Person X has lived at address Y from A to B dates and there is nothing outstanding against him".

Now either they reach out to all locations you actually have lived and state all dates / durations which are actual and true

OR

whatever is written in PCCs combined matches your address history.

It is okay to have used only your temp / permanent address from NIC as long as it teles your address history.

So any one's confirmation doesn't matter - what is written on the actual PCC is what matters. If it covers entire period since the age of 18 and matches the address history, you are good.

If they start issuing pccs with a different wording i.e. not saying "has lived at address x from a to b" and just say person x holding NIC # has nothing outstanding against him, that should be good too. Most other countries do that only and hence this problem is only specific to Pakistan.

P.S. Please take time to understand above well before asking me the same question. I have written about this so many times that its not a good feeling to repeat myself again and again. A brief look at a few pages of my past posts should give the same. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks...

I forwarded the documents for one of my friend. He got the decision from WES in a couple of weeks. It means FBISE sends the documents to WES very quickly.

Thanks man!
FBISE sent me a response that they dispatched it on 1st of Nov, but the status on WES is still "waiting for required documents".

Hi,

I have a question to ask, while uploading documents for eAPR ( i had to provide about 6 ref letters as proof of exp) and it was written employment record 1,2, and so on 6. no company name was mentioned that i should upload this letter here, recently i have seen my submitted application and shocked to see the column1 (provided documents) doesn't match with the column2 (employment record): in other words it seem that i have uploaded wrong document in wrong window:

Now really worried, however, one guy told me this thing has happened before with many individuals who have more than 1 exp proofs:

any suggestion what to do next?

It would be great help if somebody explains how to correctly read my WES ECA reort;

My degree DOCTOR OF PHYSIOTHERAPY is equivalent to FIRST PROFESSIONAL DEGREE according to WES.

I am afraid, CIC does not consider Physiotherapy education as Professional. They consider professional degrees-(entry to practice) only if it is in medicine, dentistry, chiropractics, pharmacy, optometry and podiatry (I wish I am wrong).

In express entry profile should I mention my degree as BACHELORS, MASTER or PROFESSIONAL-ENTRY TO PRACTICE?

Thnx

I have also got the similar reply from local police officers and multiple police stations in lahore.

Can anyone else confirm this thing ?

PCC's should match with address history. It does not matter how many cities you have traveled or lived for study/ work purposes.

PCCs are at a Country/Territory level, not city I believe. Def of Territory is very specific and doesnt apply to cities inside a country.

If you are talking about Pakistan, then - NO, PCCs are even more granular. In a big city they apply to a subsection of a city. There is no concept of territory. Besides it is only relevant to who issues your area's PCC and whether they can cover another past address that you lived at or not as there is no concept of centralized tracking of address.

You should not mention professional degree, as WES has already informed you Physiotherapy is not a professional degree (by professional it means you need a license to practise your profession, like Medicine) So, you need to select Bachelor degree.

Escobar thank you for reply.
WES considered my 5 years degree as "Professional Degree in Physiotherapy" and it requires license to practice in Canada. The question is will CIC accept it as Professional degree or simply a bachelors? My CRS scores drops from 465+ to 435 if it is not considered as professional-entry to practice by CIC-EE

Add me to the list also. My particulars are in the signature. I am FSW inland applicant. Thanks
