New to this forum ang got OINP nomination recently. Waiting for ITA.

Please advise PCC for myself and spouse. Should I get 2 PCC for spouse? one place of living before marriage and one for the current address after marriage?

I will get 1 PCC as my address is same from birth. Not changed at all.

I dont think that you need 2 PCC for your spouse. You both need 1 PCC each for your spouse from the place where you both are staying.

But they say from the places where u lived after 18 years. That's why confused.

By places they mean Countries and not cities inside every country where you have lived or even visited.

I am outside Pak (legal resident in saudi Arabia) and I need to get 2 PCC from Pak and Saudi. Can somebody from my family get PCC from Pakistan for the period I stayed in Pakistan on my behalf? Or I need to contact Pakistani consulate for PPC from Pakistan.

I am based in KSA as well, and I heard you cannot get police certificate from KSA unless CIC sends you a letter that they need a police certificate which is usually after they issue an ITA? correct me if I am wrong!

Yes. You are right. That's why i am looking for someone post ITA candidate in KSA who has already done with this activity. Need to know the time required for PCC after getting post e-APR request letter for PCC. Please send me a personal message in case we you find more details about it.

Well we have to go to the Pakistani Embassy first and they will give us a letter that we need a police certificate to the Saudi police. For Jeddah, it is Islamic Development Bank where you can get ur finger prints done and get the police certificate.

My Brothers .... Let me explain the procedure which will give ans of your Questions.

for PCC for KSA you do not need to wait for PCC request.

Go to Pakistan Consulate and get the letter requesting the PCC from KSA .

you will talk this letter to MOFA attesting. letter would be in arabic so no need to do any translation.

with attested mofa .. you will take this request letter to you local police station. they will take your finger prints and give you time for receiving PCC.

Now time will depend on your police station. for me i got in 15 mins... i have heard in riyadh jeddah they give 1 week to 10 days and in some places even one month.

after you get PCC you need to get it English translated attach both documents to your EE application.

Thats it .. job done...

i would suggesst not to wait for CIC request letter.... it will delay your application..

Thanks. That's great help otherwise we had been waiting for PCC request letter and unnecessary delaying process.

Please advise about Pakistan Consulate Address in Eastern Province or we need to go RIYADH for this purpose?
Can anyone else get this letter from Consulate on my behalf with letter of attorney?

You need to go to riyadh or jeddah .. and its not long process.

If your friend got the letter, did he took your passport or Iqama with him? I am sure that Consulate will be issuing PCC request letter by name? Can you please explain a bit detail. I am based in eastern province and have MOFA, KSA office here. If somebody else can get this letter from Pakistani consulate RIYADH then I can simply avoid a trip to Riyadh.
