Dont worry I graduated from a Brit university, Just email they support or info office at your university and it will be directly delivered to IQAS / WES,here are the steps to follow
1. Apply for WES / IQAS assessment, and send your Pakistani documentation, along with your foreign qualifications.
2.You will get a reference number, download the transcript request form from the website, this form should be sent to the admission office or whoever will process your request for foreign qualification,ask them to issue your transcript and send it directly to IQAS / WES with the filled form.form looks like this

3. Some universities ask to pay for this service,so pay them, and they will directly send the transcript to IQAS / WES.The form is not mandatory but it is good practice to include it in the sealed envelope.
While you are requesting transcripts,BE CAREFUL about the following.
1. Try to get the university to acknowledge emails you have sent,if they are not responding,call your school and they will sort it out.
2. Include maximum information, like what was your ID number, name, date of birth, Department.
3. Always ask them to do a TRACKED DELIVERY,and if they ask,pay for the service.
4. THIS IS IMPORTANT,ask them to put the stamp of university or department on the openings of the envelope, like HEC does.
