I know almost every indian student go for upfront medical,, but the link I sent u is specifically for Pakistan,, but yeah the link u sent make sense too,,

It is better if you apply as early as possible, if you've got documentation ready I would suggest you to apply now.

because majority is going for sept session, may is over now chc wont process any more applications for may intake agar kisi ka hua bhi hai tau definately us nay sept k liyay defer kar diya hoga, now its 2 May and i think they will now start processing applicantion for sept intake

Bachelor 2004
2005 to 2008 worked in company as Assistant Accountant.
2008 went for business studies to cyprus.. But came back because education level was very low.
then again started job in same company on same position till jan 2010.
March 2010 went to Australia for business studies and did Business diploma from there.
In may 2011 i renewed my visa for futher studies and got visa till DEC 2013.
but in Dec 2011 i went to japan for visit. i stayed in japan for 3 months and came back to pakistan in March 2012.
then i didnt go back to australia because of some family issues.
i started job in real Estate as Accountant...
Now i want to apply for further studies and wana do accounting and payroll from canada.
What are the chances to get visa?

In 10 to 15 days i will get registration of course from seneca college..

Who told u this.. i dont think visa ratio is low for diploma.. my 3 friend go for diploma 2 year ago.. even 1 of them was masters in mass communication... well advise me on finance and academic history?

I dont think its a good idea to be sponsored by ur brother,, if u have three houses on rent,, then u should be making good monthly income,, u dont need sponsor I think...
