Pakistan HEC Sealed Envelop Procedure

for MBBS GRADUATE FROM UOK i need WES evaluation
as my degree was issued by thm
secondly my degree is already attested from HEC , MOFA
please can any 1 guide me whether i need a closed this sealed envelope from UOK or HEC

HEC will seal the envelope . we need to attest photocopies from HEC, they will stamped on front page of transcripts and degree.
OCS is taking 60 days, but in person they attest on same day.

Hello All,

I've done MBA after B.com and in order to get ECA equivalence for MBA need clarity on the following:-

-Do i only need to get my MBA degree attested from HEC and sent to WES or even B. Com?
-I presume O-Level and HSSC attestation isn't required

Response appreciated.

don't presume any thing, WES also ask for atleast attested HSSC certificate.
u will send ur both MBA and B.com degrees and transcripts to attest. Remember WES wants both.

STAMP IS AT THE BACK OF THE DEGREE AND THE MARKS SHEET
MY DOCUMENT ARE ALREADY ATTESTED FROM HEC (ORIGINAL STAMP)
so please can u guide how to get "sealed envelope " and attested copies from HEC ? it means making copies of already HEC attested DOCUMENTS
please explain

create an account on WES www.wes.org/ca, pay the fees and you will be provided a reference number.
attest transcript and degree from HEC (only photocopies, no originals) go to R&I section of HEC and seal it in an envelope and send that sealed envelope via DHL or UPS(UPS is faster for canada from pakistan). if you put this sealed envelope in an another envelope and you write your WES reference number that would be good.

read this again, it says, go to R&I section of HEC, means u have to go in person, they will give u an envelope(brown colour), put ur verified photocopies in envelope , give them back the envelope , they will seal it for u, and then u can courier it by any courier company to Canada.

by "verified photocopies" means what ? like they will re-stamp the verified copies of my degree and the consolidated MS AGAIN ?

can i scanned and sent it to my relative in ISB (my degree and the consolidated MS) and they can get it put in the brown envelope
and stamped also AND COURIER TO ME BACK ?

My question is about entering educational details on wes online form, what if I only add my higher education degree details and not the hssc and ssc. After that send hec sealed envelope , .. Will it work?
Bcz verification from board is a hell lengthy n horrible task.

and he did O-Level how will we verify his Olevel


my husband is principal applicant should i also need to attest my documents...
and we need to attest intermediate marksheet from inter board or we need certificate also.. ?

Carefully read both and then come up with specific questions.

Regarding O-Level/A-Level: Better to search this forum with these keywords. I am sure you will get the answer. I myself have read such post where O-Level guys got attestation and they described the whole steps.

but
BISE is must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no senior can help you to skip this process......
if you want assessment, you will have to go to BISE route......
and my advice is don't waste time, and go to BISE...........you don't have options....

According to HEC (document link below) - Point # 1 and Point # 4 explains this.

1. Yes, presentation of equivalence certificate of O/A level certificates from IBCC are mandatory for degree attestation from HEC, Islamabad.
4. It is not mandatory for attestation from HEC, Islamabad that your SSC/HSSC msut be attested from the IBCC but attestation officer may ask for same in case of any doubt. However, according to new SOPs that are going to adopt by HEC, it will be mandatory.

HEC does not want attested certificates form Matric or inter board.
HEC only attest university degrees and marks sheet, and for reference HEC only want photo copies of Matric and inter certificates and marks sheet.

Attestation from IBCC is not the requirement for validation of ur educational degrees from Canadian authority.
Candadian authority only wants attestation from Martic and inter broad.

Further, officials of Matric and Inter board karachi are well aware of WES and attestation procedure.

so please dont confused , visit board office and solve ur problems.
