Hello everyone i have already attested my degree and transcript from Hec in pakistan now I am in Canada my degree and transcript are open and not sealed Wes needs it in sealed envelope what should I do to get it from Wes world Education service plz help and guide

Yes you are right WES won't accept it. Unfortunately you have to repeat the process to get them in a sealed envelope to be sent directly to WES.
