my visa got rejected for the following reasons:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Insufficient evidence provided of a legal relationship between you and the inviter

what should i do now can anyone help me

yes I married 6 months back and applied on 1st November. I provided all supporting documents

What supporting documents? So you got married (when) and then applied shortly after.

i got married on 31st august 2022. i provided our marriage certificate, forwarding letter, nikhanama, pictures of our wedding as proof of wedding
