OWP - Spousal after PGWP

ello, I am a principal applicant under common law partner application for permanent residency. Currently I am working on PGWP and its expiring in January 2025. I want to apply for Open work permit. When I filled out the questionnaire on IRCC, it gave me the forms IMM5710 $ 5257.

1. Are those 2 forms the correct forms based on my conditions and scenarios.
2. If yes, under form IMM5710, point 3, it is asking to choose one or more option where options are
- Applying under same employer
- Applying for first time or with new employer
- Restore status as Worker
- Temporary resident permit(only if inadmissible to Canada)
which of these options will be suitable for me? Currently I am a full time employee and will continue to work with same company. But if I choose this option, will it still be OWP?

Please let me know which options are applicable to me and if I am looking at right forms or not.

Also, any other suggestions are appreciated about form 5710.

Do you mean that you are being sponsored by your common law partner whose a PR/citizen of Canada?
If you are being sponsored and your sponsor has received AOR for the sponsorship application, then you can apply for OWP if you are inside Canada.

This is a NEW open work permit. My guess is:
- Applying for first time or with new employer

But I am not familiar with the current online forms. So hopefully others can response.

I have similar question. I don’t if I’m doing it right questionnaire questions.
Also I’m applying on gckey. I hope that’s the right place to apply
