Doubtful, unless it's a special case of London VO. I had medical request despite of waiting for CSQ. But I don't know which office handles my request. SA didn't mention it.

September 6 -- Sponsor Approval
October 31 -- Medical Request
November 22 -- accepted medical report

Lots of ghost updates, waiting for pre-arrival.
Planning to apply for a visit visa.

What seems to be the problem that you recieved this letter? Is sponsor not living in Canada? As this letter is given when they are not able to recognize a marriage or some crime record is involved

Congratulations!! Not more than 2 weeks if u already have copr number in tracker .
