Outland Spousal Sponsorship - London (UK) Visa Office

Hey Everyone, our case was assigned to the London office as well and here's my current timelime:

- Submitted Spousal Application: 14th November 2022
- Received AOR: 6th January 2023
- Received Federal Approval to sponsor: 27th January 2023
- Received approval from Quebec: 6th March 2023 (We had to do this additional step because our province is quebec).
- Biometrics already submitted previously.

Now I'm curious why they haven't sent me the Medical Request yet, some people get it 1 month into their application and others at a later stage.
Also did any of you link our application to GCKey?

Medical request may take time for LVO. Again, it is depending on your officer. But ours were received 2 mons after AOR.
We also didn’t link any gc key.. we have a consultant who directly receives email so no complications. I just rely on the tracker most of the times - but it is delayed in updates

Here is my timeline:

Applied on May 29
September 5 -- AOR
September 6 -- Sponsor Approval
October 31 -- Medical Request
November 22 -- accepted medical report

Lots of ghost updates, waiting for pre-arrival.
Planning to apply for a visit visa.

Almost similar than ours hope we get the pre-arrival this week then PPR soon

Hello, whats the average for London VO to get the Pre Arrival letter and PPR after medical been passed?

PR tracker shows that medical passed on January 26th, 2023. My application was submitted on July 9th, 2022 and PA resided in Saudi Arabia.

Can't be certain about the average. However, I see some timelines from LVO, 4-6 months after the medical update, they work on eligibility or get Pre-arrival. Our application is "Eligibility in Progress" after 4 months of medical being updated

Doubtful, unless it's a special case of London VO. I had medical request despite of waiting for CSQ. But I don't know which office handles my request. SA didn't mention it.
