So I am in the process of preparing the application for my wife, some questions here:
1- My wife is in another country, so I'd send her the forms filled on email, and she signs them and send them to me by mail and I then will sign and send. She signs more than me anyway. Anyway, question is: My wife has no UCI yet but I have one through my PR application. Will she get one? or we will use mine?
2- related to above, does my wife need to create a myCIC account? and when?
3- I need a brief description of the "link account to application" thing. Whose account? and who uses it?
4- I can be my wife's representative, right? Can I use her online application? like send requested docs and sign electronically? and if yes, I sign USING MY NAME, right?
5- NEW schedule A has no gaps in time, so I filled the school to educational training gap (3 months) as unemployed! should I do this? or how should I write it?
ONE IMPORTANT Question here, that is rather subjective
6- My wife is a medical doctor. She will need a license to work here. Should I elaborate on that in the settlement ideas? or it would seem like our marriage is a part of reaching the canadian medical market
.
Thanks, folks.
