When ours arrived, we thought this was the case, but it turns out mine was in the same envelope as my minor child's. It was only addressed to the minor child.
Forgot to post update. Turns out both certificates were in the same envelope. It was confusing because the envelope was not addressed to the primary applicant, so we had initially assumed that they got separated.
Your mileage may vary. I've seen a lot of people here who got their oath dates for in the near future and most of them seem to be virtual. I was hoping for an in-person ceremony but I'm not going to hold off on finishing the citizenship process in order to wait for one. So, virtual it is.

You mean, did we meet the requirements to maintain PR? I've been in Canada since March of 2017 and with the exception of several week-long trips back to the U.S. (both of which were with my sponsor) and a day trip we've been in Canada the entire time.
My daughter and I received our PR cards today. We mailed our applications out on May 10th, I was able to link them on June 9th or so, and the cards arrived in the mail today. It said in the system that they were mailed out as of the 15th.
You can keep trying to link it and when the new application shows up in the system, it will pick up on it and allow you to link it. I was only able to see my older applications from our cards in 2017 when we landed until today, when I was finally able to link the new applications we sent for...
Try number of applicants as 1, or try marital status as single. Even if that's not what you put on the application, sometimes things get entered incorrectly on their end. Just last week I saw someone with the marital status thing. I had to put number of applicants as one back in October even...
The most frustrating thing I'm discovering about the new forum design is that the links for the different threads are coming up as "unviewed" frequently (I have Chrome set to change viewed links to red), when in the past they didn't. They would stay viewed, so that I could tell what things were...
You're lucky the entire application wasn't sent back in the first place, and that you were given the opportunity to submit the form. Many people have had the application sent back for that very issue over the past year. My guess is that it's normal for it to take a bit of time once they receive...
I can help you with part of that. I landed on March 5th. On April 20th, I received a letter requesting new photos for my daughter. That letter was dated April 12th. My PR card arrived on the 24th. We mailed new photos for my daughter the same day I received my card. I'm still waiting for her card.
