Just put in your application # and year of birth and ignore the living outside Canada look online part. You will go in circles and will never speak to anyone if you try to find Outland help on the call centre recording. They will help you as long as you have an application number or case number. My husband was Outland living in the states and that is how I spoke to an agent. Hope you get a helpful agent! So we tried calling that number today - it turns out it's one we already have. We go through the various menu options until getting to the part where it wants us to enter the application number and year of birth. It then says something along the lines of "status of applications for spouses residing outside Canada is only available online". Not sure how to speak to a live person via these menu options.... any advice?
