Hello,
I hope somebody can help me here.
I am living in Canada on a study visa and want to apply for permanent residency under the family class. I thought I would have to apply "from within Canada". Now a friend of mine (also applying for PR) asked her lawyer and he said that I can apply "from outside Canada" as well.
Does anybody know more about that or can give me sources where I can find that out?
It sounds too good (and too unlikely) to be true.
Thanks a lot!
Camana
